What we collect

When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address from Discord's OAuth service. Your Discord access token is used server-side only to read which servers you own or manage; it is never exposed to your browser and is not stored in our database.

If you list a server, we store your Discord user ID and username as the listing's owner, along with the server details you provide (name, description, invite link, country, tags).

If you report a listing, we store your Discord user ID and the text of your report. If you upvote or bump a listing, we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to prevent repeat votes and enforce bump cooldowns.

How we use it

Solely to operate the site: to show your listings on your profile, to display server details to visitors, to prevent abuse (duplicate votes, spam reports, banned accounts), and to moderate content. We do not sell data, run advertising, or share data with third parties beyond Discord's own API, which we call on your behalf to verify server ownership.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. It is strictly necessary for authentication and does not track you across other sites. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

You can delete any server you own from your profile at any time, which also removes its votes, bumps, and reports.

Your profile page also has a "Delete account" button. Using it immediately and permanently deletes every server you listed and all votes, bumps, and reports tied to them, plus any reports or bumps you made on other servers, then signs you out. This happens right away, with no waiting period, and there is no way for us to recover it afterward.

Exception: if your account was banned, we keep the banned Discord ID on record even after you delete your account. This is necessary so a ban cannot be bypassed by deleting the account and signing back in with the same Discord identity.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests about your data we don't already handle through self-service (like the "Delete account" button on your profile), can be sent to [email protected].
